Paper Submission<\/span><\/h3>

For paper submission, authors should follow standard IEEE conference templates with A4 formats that can be found at:<\/span><\/p>

The paper should not include any header or footer information in the top\/bottom margins (e.g. do not include page numbers, copyright notices, etc.).<\/span><\/p>

For all initial submissions for review, the page length is limited to 5 pages (10-point font). Proofread your source document thoroughly. To submit your paper for the review process, please follow the link:<\/span><\/p>

Camera-Ready Submission<\/span><\/h3>

For camera-ready submission, there are several important things to note for your paper to be submitted to IEEE\u00a0Xplore<\/em>:<\/span><\/p>

  1. The authors should revise the paper according to the reviewer\u2019s suggestion and comments;<\/span><\/li>
  2. The camera-ready paper MUST STRICTLY follows TSSA 2024 paper format as follows:<\/span>
    1. The paper should be in accordance to IEEE guidelines;<\/span><\/li>
    2. The paper should be 4 (four) to 6 (six) pages in length, including the references;<\/span><\/li>
    3. Please make sure your writing is error-free in terms of grammar, structure, and typing;<\/span><\/li>
    4. Add the copyright notice at the BOTTOM LEFT of the FIRST PAGE of your paper (for further info regarding the copyright notice, please see<\/span>\u00a0Annex I<\/a>).\u00a0If you are using Footer feature in your word processor, we remind you to set it as the First Page Footer as the copyright notice should appear on the first page ONLY;<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>
      1. Your camera-ready paper should be in PDF format and in conformance to IEEE\u00a0Xplore<\/em>\u00a0publication requirements. To ensure conformity, you MUST check your PDF file (or convert your document\/word file to PDF) using PDF eXpress. To set up your account, please see<\/span>\u00a0Annex II<\/a><\/li>
      2. Send your IEEE\u00a0Xplore<\/em>\u00ae-compatible PDF to\u00a0<\/span>tssa.conference@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0with e-mail subject: IEEE-compliant#[EasyChair submission number]. For example: IEEE-compliant#102 for paper with EasyChair submission number 102.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Starting this year, TSSA will use the Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) instead of the regular copyright form. Therefore, the authors are not required to send the scanned copyright form to our e-mail. Instead, one of the authors will receive the link to sign the Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) from<\/span>\u00a0ecopyright@ieee.org<\/a>.\u00a0The authors will be notified via e-mail for further information regarding the eCF signing. (Note: only one of the authors should sign the eCF)<\/span><\/li>
      4. Do not forget to register your paper according to<\/span>\u00a0https:\/\/tssa-conference.org\/2024\/registration\/<\/a>\u00a0and send your payment receipt to<\/span>\u00a0tssa.conference@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0with e-mail subject: PaymentReceipt#[EasyChair submission number]. For example: PaymentReceipt#102 for paper with EasyChair submission number 102 OR<\/strong> complete the registration form that was included in the acceptance notification email sent to the author(s).<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        Failure to comply with one of the requirements above\u00a0<\/strong>may cause the full paper to be EXCLUDED for submission to IEEE\u00a0Xplore<\/em><\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Annex I: Copyright Notice<\/span><\/h3>

        Add the copyright notice (Times New Roman, 8pt, bolded) at the BOTTOM LEFT of the FIRST PAGE of your paper as follows:<\/span><\/p>

        1. For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
        2. For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-2768-6\/24\/$31.00 \u00a92024 Crown<\/strong><\/span><\/li>

          To make sure that your PDF camera ready paper is in conformance to IEEEXplore publication requirements, please check your PDF file with PDF eXpress by following below guidelines.<\/span><\/p>
